Projects Stages
Stage 1. Sketch Plan/Feasibility
- Client Brief/Budget
- Time Schedule
- Three dimensional perspectives views
- Consult with local council
- Sketch considers town planning restrictions, site orientation,
site preparations, street appeal.
This is by far, the most important stage. Our quotations will be based upon the information you provide us. Changes to your brief may also incur additional fees. Having said this, it is more cost-effective to allow extra time in the planning stage and to take the time to get it right at this point. If you would like an alternate sketch plan (for which additional fees do apply) this could be money well spent! Making changes after applications have been lodged and/or permits have been obtained, can be quite costly.
Stage 2. Planning Applications
- Prepare planning application documents including written reports
in support of the project - Prepare relevant plans and drawing
- Lodge Town Planning Application
- Liaise with Council on your behalf
Stage 3. Building Permit Applications
- Preparation of comprehensive working drawings (construction plans)
- Preparation of specifications
- Energy rating report
- Tender Documents (if required)
- Lodge Building Permit Application
